How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion is handled by our support team, so nothing is removed by accident.
Before you ask
- Cancel your subscription in Manage membership, so you are not charged again.
- Save anything you need, such as your contacts.
- Hand over team workspaces you own. Tell teammates, because workspaces you own are deleted with your account.
Request deletion
- Open Help from your profile menu and contact support.
- Send the request from the email you sign in with.
We confirm the request and permanently delete your account.
What is deleted
Your profile, workspaces you own, business cards, contacts and other data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Physical NFC cards linked to your account stop showing your profile.
Just want a break?
You can sign out, or cancel your subscription and stay on the free Lite plan. Your data is kept.
