How to Update Your Payment Method

Open Billing

1. Open your profile menu.
2. Go to Settings > Billing.

Here you see your Current plan, the Next charge on date, and your Payment methods.

Add a card

1. Select Add card.
2. Enter your card details and save.

Change the default card

Select Set as default on the card you want to use. The default card is Used for subscription renewals.

Remove a card

1. Select Remove card.
2. Confirm.

The card you currently use for the subscription is marked Card in use. Add and set another default first if you want to remove it.

Card details are stored securely by our payment provider. Banana only shows the last four digits and expiry date.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we email you. Update your card in Billing so the payment can go through and your plan stays active.

Team workspaces

Only the workspace owner can manage billing. Other members see Only the workspace owner can manage billing and can email the owner from there.
