How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel
- Open your profile menu and select Manage membership.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Tell us why you are canceling. It takes about 10 seconds and helps us improve.
- Confirm.
Before you go, Banana may offer you a thank-you discount to stay. You can accept it or continue canceling.
Only the workspace owner can cancel.
What happens next
- Your plan is canceled at the end of your current billing period (or at the end of your free trial).
- You keep full access to all paid features until then. The date is shown as Cancels on.
- After that date, you move to the free Lite plan and paid features are locked.
Changed your mind?
Open Manage membership and select Manage cancellation to resume. Your subscription continues as if nothing happened.
Coming back later
You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
