Train Your Workspace's AI Brain
The AI Brain gives Banana's AI tools shared context about your business. Once it is set up, AI-assisted emails, contact analysis, Scout and contract tools can work with your company, audience and preferred communication style instead of starting from generic information.
Who can set it up?
A workspace owner or administrator completes the company-level AI Brain. Team members can add their own personal profile after the company setup is ready.
If you are a member and see Waiting on your admin, ask a workspace administrator to finish the company configuration first.
Start the setup
- Open AI Brain from the main menu.
- Click Optimize your AI Agent. If you already started, click Continue.
- Confirm your name, company, website, industry, role and personal description.
- Continue through each section and review what Banana AI prepares.
Your progress is saved between steps, so you can leave and continue later.
Review your business context
The setup guides you through:
- Products & Services — what your company offers
- Target Audience — who you serve and who you want to reach
- Mission & Vision — what the company stands for and where it is going
- About Your Company — a clear summary of the business
- Knowledge Base — operational facts the AI should know
- Rules & Restrictions — boundaries the AI must follow
Read every generated section and edit anything that is vague, outdated or incorrect. Clear, specific information produces better results than broad marketing language.
Choose the response style
Use the final controls to set:
- Tone of Voice: professional to casual
- Response Length: short and concise to detailed
- Humor Usage: strictly business to witty
- Use Emojis: on or off
Click Finalize AI Agent when the setup reflects how you want Banana AI to communicate.
Keep the AI Brain current
After setup, return to AI Brain to review and update the saved information. Update it when your services, target market, positioning or communication rules change.
Administrators can also choose Reset AI Brain to remove the entire configuration and start again. Resetting is permanent, so use it only when you want to rebuild the company context from scratch.
Tips for stronger results
- Use real product names and explain who each one is for.
- Describe your ideal customer with industries, roles, locations and pain points.
- Add policies, exclusions and claims the AI must never make.
- Include preferred terminology and examples of your brand voice.
- Keep personal member profiles focused on each person's role and expertise.
