How to Add Pre-Meeting Questionnaires for Clients

The best meetings start with the right information. Each booking service has a Booking form, where you decide what clients must tell you when they book.

Add questions to a service

  1. Open Bookings and select the service.
  2. Open the Booking form section.
  3. Add the questions you want to ask.
  4. Mark a question as required if the client must answer before booking.
  5. Save the service.

The questions appear on your public booking page right after the client picks a time.

What to ask

Keep the form short. Three to five questions is usually enough. Good examples:

  • What would you like to achieve in this meeting?
  • What is your company and role?
  • What is your budget or timeline?
  • Is there anything we should prepare beforehand?

Where to find the answers

Answers are saved with the booking and linked to the client's contact. Open the booking before the meeting to review them, or check the contact to see answers from past bookings.

Tips

  • Use required questions only for information you really need.
  • Use a different form per service: a discovery call needs different details than a follow-up session.
  • Test the form on your public link before sharing it.
