How to Customize Your Public Booking Page Link

A Booking Page gives clients one shareable place to choose from several services. You can customize its link, title, description, branding, layout, and service order.

Create a Booking Page

  1. Open Booking Pages.
  2. Select New page. If this is your first page, choose Create your first page.
  3. Enter a Title that tells clients what they can book.
  4. Add an optional Description explaining who the services are for or what happens next.

Choose your public link

In URL slug, enter the final part of the address. Your page uses this format:

/book/your-link

Banana suggests a slug from the page title. You can replace it with a shorter option such as:

  • book-a-call
  • consultations
  • studio-sessions

The availability indicator confirms whether the link is free. If it is already taken, choose another slug before saving.

Changing the slug later changes the public address. Previously shared links will stop opening that page, so update the link wherever you published it.

Choose and order services

Under Services on this page, select the services clients should see. Drag selected services into the preferred order.

Only services connected to an active booking calendar appear to visitors. If a service is missing publicly, check that its calendar is active.

Match the page to your brand

Open Brand & layout to customize the page:

  • Select a Brand color or choose a custom color.
  • Upload a Logo.
  • Choose a list or gallery layout.
  • Select the corner style used by page elements.

Service cards show details such as the service name, duration, price, and booking button.

Publish or hide the page

Use the control in the top-right corner of the editor:

  • Published means the page is available at its public link.
  • Publish means the page is hidden; select it to make the page public.

Choose Create link for a new page or Save changes for an existing one.

Share the page

After saving, use Share to send the page through a supported platform, or copy the link to your website, email signature, social profile, or digital business card.

You can create multiple Booking Pages for different audiences—for example, one for sales consultations and another for training sessions.

Keep your link reliable

  • Choose a short slug that is easy to type.
  • Avoid dates unless the page is temporary.
  • Test every service from the public page.
  • Hide the page before making major changes you do not want visitors to see.
  • Remember that deleting the page makes its shareable URL stop working.
