Embed Videos and Media Galleries on Your Card
Showcase your portfolio, product demos, or listings directly on your profile by embedding playable videos and creating responsive image carousels. This guide covers how to add rich multimedia sections to your digital business card.
Embed a Video
Add playable videos directly to your card, allowing visitors to watch without leaving your profile.
- Add a Video Section: Open your Card Editor, click
Add Section, and select theVideopreset. - Title Your Section: Enter a title that will appear above the video player (e.g., "Product Demo").
- Paste Your Link: The platform supports and automatically formats the following video URL types:
- YouTube: Standard
youtube.comoryoutu.belinks. - Vimeo: Any
vimeo.comlink. - Direct MP4s: URLs ending in
.mp4for self-hosted videos.

Create an Image Gallery (Carousel)
Use the Gallery tool to arrange multiple photos into a clean, horizontally scrolling carousel, ideal for events, product lines, or property listings.
- Add a Gallery Section: In the editor, click
Add Sectionand choose theGallerypreset. - Add Your Items: The gallery functions as a repeater list. Add as many sliding panels as needed.
- Upload and Caption Each Item:
- Select an image.
- Enter a main
Caption(bold text). - Enter a secondary
Subtitle(lighter text below the caption).
When viewing your live card, visitors can swipe left and right to navigate through the images.
Choosing Images with the Media Picker
The Media Gallery window opens when you need to select an image for your card (single image, cover photo, or gallery item). It offers four ways to source your visuals:
- Upload from Device: Select files directly from your computer or phone.
- Stock Images: Access millions of high-quality, royalty-free photos via Unsplash.
- Recent: Quickly reuse images previously uploaded to other cards.
- Brand Assets (Teams Only): If part of a Team Workspace, access shared company logos and photos.
After selecting an image, a cropping tool allows you to adjust the zoom and position before applying it to your card.
