How to Use the Contact AI Overview
The AI Overview gives you a detailed briefing before you reach out.
Run it
- Open the contact.
- Under AI Overview, select Analyze with AI.
- Banana reads the contact's details, searches the web, and reviews your notes, tags and business context.
What you get
- Summary: who the person is
- Potential Needs: what they may be looking for
- Relationship Opportunity: how you can work together
- Approach Strategy: a suggested way to start the conversation
- Watch-outs: things to be careful about
- Web Findings: public information found online
Select View full briefing to read everything, and Re-analyze with AI after you add new notes.
Limits
Each analysis uses one AI Enhancement from your plan. The remaining number is shown. If you reach your limit, upgrade your plan to continue.

Banana AI can make mistakes, including about people, so double-check it before you rely on it.
