Understanding the Dashboard: A Complete Walkthrough

Your platform's dashboard is your central hub for managing all your core activities, from networking and scheduling to tracking performance. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough of each section to help you maximize its utility.

1. Quick Actions Menu

Located in the top-right corner of the dashboard header, the bright lime green "Quick Actions" button (marked with a Plus icon) provides instant access to key workflows. Clicking it opens a menu that allows you to quickly perform essential actions without navigating through the sidebar.

From the Quick Actions menu, you can instantly:

  • Add a new Contact: Options include manual entry, using the AI business card scanner, or importing contacts.
  • Create a new Task.
  • Add a lead to an Automation Pipeline.
  • Draft and send a Contract.

2. The AI Assistant (Peel)

Prominently displayed at the top of your dashboard, the AI Assistant banner, adorned with a gradient border and sparkle icon, is your intelligent partner. You can interact with it by typing commands or questions into the "Ask anything…" search bar and clicking the send arrow.

Peel can assist you with various tasks, including:

  • Drafting emails.
  • Analyzing contracts.
  • Querying your CRM database.

3. Recent Connections

Directly below the AI Assistant, the "Recent Connections" panel functions as a mini-CRM, showcasing the latest contacts added to your workspace. Each entry displays the contact's initials, name, job title, company, and any assigned color tags.

  • Navigation: Use the arrows at the bottom to browse through your recent contacts. Click the right-facing arrow next to a specific contact to open their complete profile in the CRM.

4. Upcoming Tasks & Mini Calendar

This section is divided into two distinct, yet complementary, views for managing your daily schedule and responsibilities:

  • Upcoming Tasks: A checklist of your open tasks, sorted by their due dates. You can mark tasks as complete by clicking the circle next to them, or click the task title to view its details and assigned contacts.
  • Mini Calendar: A compact monthly calendar providing a quick overview of your schedule. Days with scheduled activities are marked with indicator dots. Clicking a date opens a detailed view for that day, showing booked appointments, blocked time, events, and class sessions. You can also add new calendar items directly from this daily view.

5. Analytics & Deep Dive

Located at the bottom of the dashboard, this section provides insights into your performance:

  • Performance Metrics: Track key metrics such as "Views" (the number of times your content was accessed) and "Leads" (the number of contacts captured).
  • Time Filters: Analyze trends by selecting different time ranges, including the past week, past month, or the entire year.
