How to Disconnect Zapier from Your Workspace

Learn how to safely disconnect your Zapier integration, pause your automated workflows, and revoke platform access while maintaining your historical data.

If you no longer need to sync contacts, tasks, or bookings from your digital business card to external apps via Zapier, you can easily disconnect the integration. Disconnecting Zapier will immediately pause any active "Zaps" connected to your account, but it will not delete any data that has already been synced to your third-party tools.

Step 1: Access Your Integrations Menu

1. Log into your main dashboard.
2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click on Integrations (represented by the connected plugs icon).

This page serves as your central hub for managing all third-party connections, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Zapier.

Step 2: Locate Your Active Zapier Connection

On the Integrations dashboard, locate the section displaying your Active or Connected apps. Find the Zapier card, which features the orange "Z" logo.

Step 3: Disconnect the App

1. Click on the active Zapier card to open its settings.
2. Click the Disconnect or Remove Integration button.
3. When the confirmation prompt appears, confirm the action.

Once confirmed, Zapier’s access to your CRM and business card data will be instantly revoked.

Alternative Method: Disconnecting via Zapier

You can also sever the connection directly from your Zapier account if you do not have access to your workspace dashboard:

1. Log into your Zapier dashboard at zapier.com.
2. On the left-hand menu, click on My Apps (or Apps).
3. Search for the Banana app (or your specific business card app) in your list of connections.
4. Click the three dots (More Options) next to the app and select Disconnect.

💡 Pro Tip: Pausing vs. Disconnecting

If you only want to stop one specific automation (like sending new leads to a Google Sheet) while keeping other workflows active, do not disconnect the entire integration. Instead, go to your Zapier dashboard and simply toggle that specific Zap to Off.
