How to Track Review Click Analytics

Banana Cards records how visitors interact with a published review card, including page views, sentiment selections and clicks that continue to Google. The Reviews area currently gives workspace users a direct view of submitted customer feedback and sentiment totals.

Open customer feedback

  1. Open Reviews from the main menu.
  2. Click Customer Feedback in the page header.
  3. Review the three sentiment totals: Good, Meh and Bad.
  4. Click a sentiment tile to filter the feedback list.
  5. Click Clear filter to return to all feedback.

The totals cover feedback collected during the displayed reporting period. Each feedback entry can include the customer's name, email, comment, review card and submission time.

Load older feedback

The feedback list loads in pages. If more entries are available, click Load more at the bottom of the window.

Use the card name shown on each entry to understand which location, counter or campaign collected the response. Giving each review card a clear name makes this much easier.

What Banana Cards records

For published review cards, Banana Cards records these interaction types in the background:

  • A visit to the review page
  • The sentiment selected by the visitor
  • A click through to the configured Google review link

The system uses an anonymous visitor identifier and filters obvious automated traffic. Location and device information may also be available to the platform from the request.

Current dashboard scope: the customer-facing Customer Feedback window shows sentiment totals and submitted comments. A dedicated report for raw page views, QR scans and Google click-through rates is not currently displayed in this workspace view.

Make the data easier to compare

  • Give each review card a name tied to its placement, such as “Athens front desk” or “September receipt QR.”
  • Use a separate card for each storefront or campaign when you need to distinguish their results.
  • Keep the card published while the QR code or NFC card is in use.
  • Check customer comments regularly and follow up when a customer includes contact details.

If no feedback appears

  • Confirm that the review card is Published.
  • Open the public review link and submit a test response.
  • Check that you are viewing the same workspace that owns the card.
  • Remember that a page visit without a submitted comment will not create an item in the Customer Feedback list.
