How to Create a Pipeline

Create the pipeline

1. Open Pipelines.
2. Select New pipeline (or Create your first pipeline).
3. Enter a name and select Continue.

Banana creates the board and opens it.

Add steps

1. Open Pipeline settings.
2. Under Steps, select Add step and name it.
3. Repeat for every stage in your process.
4. Select Save Changes.

Examples

• Sales: New lead, Contacted, Demo, Proposal, Won, Lost
• Recruiting: Applied, Interview, Offer, Hired
• Projects: To do, In progress, Review, Done

Tip

Keep 4 to 7 steps. Too many steps make the board hard to read.
