How to Add Company Details and VAT to Invoices
Subscription invoices are issued to the details on your billing account.
Request company details
Banana does not yet have a screen for editing company details or a VAT number on subscription invoices. To add them:
- Contact support from Help in your profile menu.
- Include your company name, address, country and VAT or tax ID.
- Tell us if you also need past invoices updated.
We will update your billing details so future invoices include them.
Tip
Send your details before your next renewal so the next invoice is correct.
