How to Download Your Invoices

Receipt emails

After every successful subscription payment, Banana emails a payment receipt to the account owner. It includes:

• The amount paid
• Your plan
• Your next billing date
• A link to view your invoice

Open the link to view the invoice and download it as a PDF.

Can't find a receipt?

• Search your inbox and spam folder for emails from Banana.
• Check that you are the workspace owner. Receipts go to the owner's email.
• No receipt is sent for payments of zero, for example during a free trial.

Still missing an invoice? Contact support with the payment date and amount.
