How to Change or Reset Your Password
Reset or change your password
- Sign out, or open the sign-in screen.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email and select Send reset link.
- Open the email and follow the link.
- Choose your new password.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters. We recommend more, with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and request a new link.
Signed up with Google?
If you use Continue with Google, you do not have a Banana password. Keep signing in with Google, and manage your password in your Google account.
Keep your account safe
- Do not reuse passwords from other sites.
- Sign out on shared devices.
