Task completed → email

1. Choose the template Task Complete Notification.
2. Trigger: When a task is marked completed
3. Action: Send Email
4. Save and turn it on.

Deal reaches a stage → notification

1. Choose the template Notify on New Pipeline Card.
2. Trigger: When a card lands in a pipeline step. Choose, for example, the "Won" step.
3. Action: Send Notification, for example "A deal was won!"
4. Save and turn it on.

Use notifications for your own team, and emails when someone outside the team needs to know.
