How to Create a Class or Course

Create the service

1. Open Bookings and create a new service.
2. Choose Class or Course.
3. Enter the name, description, duration and location.
4. Set the Capacity, the maximum number of participants per session.
5. Add pricing. For classes you can offer single sessions, packs or a free trial.
6. For courses, set an optional Enrollment deadline.

Add the schedule

Add one or more schedules, for example weekly on Monday and Wednesday at 18:00. Banana creates all the sessions when you save the service.

Share it

Share the service's booking link. Clients choose a session (class) or enroll in the whole program (course), and they pay if the service is paid.

Tip

Assign each session to the team member who teaches it, so it appears in their calendar.
