How to Collect Booking Reviews
Banana asks your clients for feedback automatically.
How it works
- About an hour after a session ends, the client receives a thank-you email with a feedback link.
- They open the link and see How was your session?
- They choose a star rating and can add a comment in Tell us more (optional).
Each booking can be reviewed once, so you get one honest review per session.
See your reviews
- Per service: in Bookings, open the service menu and select Reviews to see all ratings and comments for that service.
- Per booking: open a booking to see the review for that session.
If nothing has come in yet, you see No reviews yet.
Tips
- Reply personally to low ratings. It shows you care.
- Use good reviews as testimonials, with the client's permission.
