How to Add Your Digital Business Card to Apple Wallet

Having your digital business card directly in your Apple Wallet ensures you are always just a double-click away from sharing your contact information. Even without an internet connection, you can instantly display your custom QR code for new leads to scan.

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure and download your Apple Wallet pass directly from your dashboard.

Step 1: Access Your Networking Tools

To begin, navigate to your main dashboard and select the specific digital business card you wish to share.

1. Open the Networking Tools menu (this area manages your QR codes, PINs, and sharing options).
  2. Locate the Add to Wallet section.
  3. Click the Apple button to open the Apple Wallet customization screen.

Step 2: Customize Your Pass Details

Before generating the pass, use the preview tool to see exactly how it will appear on an iPhone.

  • Edit Your Text: Click directly on the preview to update your Full Name, Job Title, and Company Name.
  • Update Your Logo: Click your current profile image or logo on the preview to open the Media Gallery. You can select an existing image or upload a high-quality logo specifically for your wallet pass.

Step 3: Choose Your Pass Colors

Ensure your pass matches your brand identity while remaining legible.

  1. Scroll down to the Pass Colors section.
  2. Use the color picker to set your Background color.
  3. Select a contrasting Text color to ensure high readability.

Note: The QR code background and label colors automatically adjust their transparency to ensure visibility on both light and dark backgrounds.

Step 4: Generate and Download

Once you are satisfied with the preview, click the Add to Apple Wallet button at the bottom of the screen. The platform will generate a file ending in .pkpass.

If you are on an iPhone

Tap the downloaded file. Apple Wallet will automatically prompt you to click "Add" to save it to your device.

If you are on a Desktop

Download the .pkpass file and email it to yourself or send it via iMessage. Open the file on your iPhone to save it to your wallet.

Pro Tip: Automatic Updates

Your Apple Wallet pass uses a smart business card link. If you update your public Exchange Contact form or add new social links on your dashboard, the QR code in your Apple Wallet will still direct people to your most up-to-date profile automatically.
