How to Add Your Digital Business Card to Google Wallet

Carrying your digital business card in your Google Wallet allows you to share your contact information instantly. Whether you are at a conference or a quick coffee meeting, you can simply open your Google Wallet and present your custom QR code for someone to scan—no internet connection required.

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure and save your Google Wallet pass directly from your dashboard.

Step 1: Access Your Networking Tools

First, navigate to the sharing options within your account:

  1. Log into your dashboard and select the digital business card you wish to share.
2. Open the Networking Tools menu (this is your hub for sharing options, PINs, and smart business card links).
  3. Locate the Add to Wallet section.
  4. Click the Google button to open the Google Wallet customization screen.

Step 2: Customize Your Pass Details

You will see a live preview of exactly how your pass will look on an Android device. Ensure your details are perfect before generating the pass:

  • Update Your Text: Click directly on the text in the preview to edit your Name, Role Title, and Company. Press Enter or click away to save your changes.
  • Update Your Logo: Click the profile photo or logo icon in the top left of the preview. This opens your Media Gallery, allowing you to select an existing image or upload a fresh, high-quality logo.

Step 3: Choose Your Background Color

Make your pass visually striking to match your personal brand or company identity.

  1. Scroll down to the Background color section.
  2. Select one of the curated preset colors or click the Eyedropper icon to enter a custom hex color.

Note on Text Accessibility: Unlike Apple Wallet, Google Wallet relies on strict contrast rules. Our platform automatically calculates and adjusts your text color (light or dark) based on your chosen background to ensure readability and compliance with Google's design standards.

Step 4: Generate and Save to Google Wallet

Once your live preview looks exactly how you want it, click the Add to Google Wallet button at the bottom of the screen. The platform will generate your pass and open a secure Google URL in a new browser tab.

  • On an Android Device: The link will prompt the Google Wallet app to "Add" the pass automatically.
  • On a Desktop: You can log into your Google account on that page to save the pass to your cloud. It will instantly sync to the Google Wallet app on your Android phone.

Pro Tip: Dynamic Updates

Your Google Wallet pass features a high-quality QR code that links directly to your public profile. If you change your social links, update your bio, or modify your Contact Exchange Form, you do not need to download a new wallet pass. The QR code will always route your new connections to your most up-to-date profile automatically.
