How to Set Up Your Account and Profile

A complete profile helps Banana Cards personalize your workspace and keeps the details used across contacts, bookings and AI tools accurate. You can update your personal details, language, timezone and workspace information whenever they change.

Update your personal profile

1. Sign in to Banana Cards.
2. Open your profile menu in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings, then Profile settings.
4. Add or update your Full name, Phone number, Company name, Job title or role, and Website.
5. To change your profile picture, click Upload photo and choose a PNG or JPG image.
6. Click Save changes.

Your sign-in email appears in your profile but cannot be edited from this window.

Choose your language and timezone

1. Open your profile menu.
2. Select Settings, then Language & timezone.
3. Choose the language you want Banana Cards to use.
4. Select your local timezone.
5. Save your changes.

Your timezone is especially important for bookings, reminders and calendar events. Check it before publishing booking services so appointment times appear correctly.

Update your workspace details

Workspace details are separate from your personal profile.

1. Open the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
2. Choose the edit option for the active workspace.
3. In Edit workspace or Edit team, update the workspace name and logo. Team workspaces can also include an industry and company size.
4. Click Save changes.

Only people with the required workspace permissions can change shared workspace details.

Keep your profile useful

• Use the name customers and teammates will recognize.
• Add a direct phone number if you want it available to connected features.
• Include your current company and role so AI-assisted tools have better context.
• Enter a complete website address; Banana Cards will normalize it to a secure link.
• Review your timezone after travelling or moving to another region.

If your changes do not save

Check that your internet connection is active and try again. Profile images must be a supported image format and no larger than the upload limit shown in the window. If you are changing shared workspace details, confirm that you are the workspace creator, owner or an administrator.
